However hard I try, and however much the Continental GT is denigrated as a ‘Footballers Car’, I can’t help loving it, and its soft-top sibling the GTC. When I first drove the GT I have to admit I was a little disappointed. Only a little, mind you, as it is unarguably a great car.

The Suzuki Vitara is coming of age - and this first official picture suggests the populist SUV is growing up to become a slicker, more mainstream 4x4. It’s certainly a far cry from the 1980s Vitara which became synonymous with a certain strata of society (see second picture in our gallery). Due to be shown at the 2014 Paris motor show, the new Suzuki Vitara is a mid-sized crossover aimed at on-road driving rather than fording your local stream en route to the gymkhana.
Fuel economy figures for the upcoming 2015 Lincoln MKC crossover have been released. ”So what?” you ask. Well, the MKC is a big deal for the luxury automaker, which is still struggling to reinvent itself.
